Through a customized Content Management System, this was readily accomplished.

Brian McDonald has been working as a photographer since 1985. Until now, he had never had a Web site! With a clean design approach, the site highlights Brian's various areas of business. Philip M. Weinstein is a prominent Rhode Island attorney and the current President of the RI Bar Association. Practice areas of his firm include cases of medical negligence, personal injury, wrongful deaths, accidents, and product liability. Having never had a presence online for the firm, Mr. Weinstein came to INNOVAST Webworks to establish a new Web site after being referred to us by another well known attorney who uses our services. This site is informational in nature and serves as an online brochure.

Granby Dental is a busy family dental practice located in Granby, Connecticut. Having served patients for over 25 years, they've never had a Web site! In recent months, Granby Dental has been investing in print ads targeting young families. Dr. Kirschbaum wanted to include the Web site address in his ads and offer more information than the space a print ad offers! Through the new site, families in the area will be able to acquaint themselves with the staff and their specialties, get information on dental health, and even print door-to-door directions to their office. This site is in development.

DePetro.com is a highly public and well read site for popular radio talk show host, John DePetro. Karen Norman first worked with John when he was a morning host with Providence's WHJJ. With his recent career change to a Boston radio station (WRKO), John's Web site needed a fresh approach. This project was a Web site redesign for INNOVAST Webworks, reorganizing past content in Archives, and adding new elements, including a daily blog feature called "The Independent Report" where John can instantly add current news, post photos and cartoons, and even link to other sites easily, without any knowledge of HTML.

Beacon Mortgage Services came to INNOVAST Webworks for a much needed upgrade to an existing Web site. Previously, Beacon Mortgage Services had a make-it-yourself site constructed through Verizon Superpages. While that may be a small step to establishing a small business presence online, the process is cumbersome and very limiting. Their new Web site features a small amount of Flash animation to reinforce their tag line of "Let us guide you home", along with lots of consumer information to assist new borrowers through the loan process, and a variety of interactive loan calculators too!

This web site was created to announce the arrival of The Shoreline Book, a new upscale business directory which is delivered annually to local homes in the area they serve. The Web site serves as a sales tool for The Shoreline Book's marketing team, and provides incentive to local businesses to advertise. The design of the site is in sync with the sophisticated approach taken throughout this high quality print publication.

This web site publicizes a new book by Robert Pawlowski, Something in Common is a personal memoir in which Robert captures essences of the city of Hartford, Connecticut while undergoing 20 years of transition, between the years 1975 and 1995.

Elegant Occasions by Juliana is an exciting new e-commerce Web site developed to launch what started as small home business in custom wedding invitations to a far greater audience online. Juliana also works with several fine stationers, and sells wedding and baby favors and accessories through her Web site as well. This site includes a Content Management System; this means that certain parts of the site are database-driven, and the clients are able to update these areas themselves, whenever they wish, without any web design knowledge.

The Art in Ice Web site was created to showcase the wide variety of spectacular ice carvings they make available for weddings, special occasions, and corporate functions. It features amazing photographs in thumbnail and larger views. The site also allows for online bookings for events, and provides information about the ice artists, frequently asked questions, and contact information.

TheValleyBook.com is an online directory which serves as a partner to it's sister publication in printed format, The Valley Book. This site serves as a portal to a specific community. Our challenge was to build an easy-to-use user interface that offers a wide array of choices to content-rich avenues. We condensed information and organized content areas in such a way that is both visually pleasing and most importantly, intuitive. At the same time, we provided opportunities for exposure to advertisers, and we integrated search engine enhancement techniques designed to improve rankings.

The Healing Touch Wellness Center came to us with a redesign project. They needed a fresh new look to better appeal to their target market. Working with only a few images of their facility, we needed to convey the sense of relaxation and wellness obtained through their services. We also provide information and prices for those who may be unfamiliar with the therapeutic processes offered. This invites contact and hopefully, new business!

Emerging Market Strategies is a specialized consulting company founded by William Gamble. They conduct economic research, produce articles, and provide unique solutions for companies entering the frontiers of the global market place. Serving a niche market worldwide, the Internet is an essential tool for this business! William started out posting his publications on the Internet on a free server, but in order to convey a more professional image, a domain name and professionally designed user interface were essential! We secured a domain name, arranged for hosting, and created a simple template in HTML which Mr. Gamble self-maintains.

Kustom Kraft Cabinetry did well with word-of-mouth referrals for their custom woodworking and design services, but they felt that being online would invite new business and also allow them to show photos of projects they've done -- a strong selling point in itself when potential customers can see the difference in quality with custom cabinetry! Through their Web site, we showcase kitchens, bathrooms, family rooms, and more, with extensive imagery and pop-ups for larger views.
